A Kerkopes of orange fur, as child-like as he is monkey-like. Proof that a talent for pick-pocketry and very little else can take one a long way in life, albeit in an incredibly strange direction.
Biography
God of War: Sons of Sparta
Acmon and Passalus sneak into Konstantinos' office and steal his tools, however as they have left fur everywhere, Konstantinos easily figures it was the Kerkopes.
Konstantinos then sends Kratos and Deimos to look for the Kerkopes and get his tools back. The brothers eventually find the Kerkopes hideout in the Laconian Woods, and see a chisel with Konstantinos initials. However, before they can take it, Acmon and Passalus show up. Kratos and Deimos wonder if they are Kerkopes. Kratos tells them that they are reclaiming the stolen tools, but the monkeys say that the tools are theirs and they just look like Konstantinos' tools and initials. Acmon also brings up that Spartans were fine with stealing. Kratos remarks that its only if you are not caught, while Deimos states the monkeys left fur all over the Sculptor's office. Realizing they have been caught, Acmon states that he too wouldn't like if someone stole their property, and asks Passalus to help him look for "that thing", turning their backs on the brothers, and giving them time to take the tools. Kratos then tells the monkeys that they won't be punished today. As previously they have found lion fur, Deimos wonders if the monkeys have seen any lions, but the monkey state that no lions live in the forest.
When returning from the Oenus Vineyard, Kratos and Deimos feel that they are being followed. As they shout out for the one who follows them to show themselves, Acmon and Passalus come out and yell, stating they just wanted to scare them. Kratos then asks them if they have seen a young boy, and the monkeys explain they saw one in the vineyard a few days ago and also to check the mountain paths as they think they aw someone there too.
After encountering Kratos and Deimos in the Barren Steppe, Deimos ask them what they did to turn into monkeys. Acmon acts like he doesn't know what Deimos mean as they were born this way, while Passalus states he just had hiccups, which must have annoyed the gods, because three days later, they her turned into a monkey.
After Kratos and Deimos kill The Fylaki, the monkeys are surprised, but ask the two if they made sure no spectral energy escaped. However Deimos and Kratos had no idea about it. Kratos asks what the energy will do and the monkeys explain that it will raise the dead at graveyards and that they must kill them, but to act surprised if they don't want to be blamed for the dead rising.
At Mount Taygetos, Passalus tells Acmon that "something" is not there. Passalus guesses the Katergaris took it. Acmon wonders what why would they want it and tells Passalus to keep on looking. In that moment, Kratos and Deimos roar, surprising the monkeys. Kratos then wonders why are there here in the mountain, and Acmon and Passalus explain that when they send them here, it wasn't because they actually saw Vasilis, but because they were low on supplies, but a stymphalian bird was occupying the territory. Kratos realizes the monkeys lied, but they still suggest that Vasilis might have been here. The monkeys explain that the Katergaris took over and thy had to run leaving their stuff. As the Katergaris have something that the monkeys need back, they ask Kratos and Deimos to help them retrieve it. The brother consider it, but first they need to find the griffin. The monkeys then state that if they were a griffin, they would be up high. They also lower a rope, helping Kratos and Deimos get to higher parts of the mountain. Kratos guesses they are sending them towards the Katergaris. The monkeys doesn't deny it, but state its a path they couldn't have reached anyway, so its a win-win situation for them.
Later on, when Kratos returns to Passage of Monuments, if finds Acmon and Passalus worried. As he asks them what is wrong, the monkeys explain that Sparta had captured five of the meanest cyclopes and was keeping them in a prison here. However the cyclopes has escape. Passalus is quite worried and wonders how Acmon is staying so calm, when he told him that cyclopes loves eating monkeys. Acmon states that was a joke. Passalus then ask if he knows if the cyclops don't eat monkey's but Acmon doesn't know, which makes Passalus wonder again how can be so calm. Kratos then states that he and Deimos will find them, because they are spartans.
